State of the game #5

Another 2 months have flown by, wow time goes quick when you having fun...

So whats happend in the last 2 months ?
on the personal side, one of us has moved house and is still trying to get sorted in their new place...

But you dont care about that stuff you want game stuff...

The whole area has had its first modelling pass, what exactly does that mean ? well our world is made up of blocks and each block is made as a mesh and that mesh is then given loads of interesting stats about its biomes and probability of spawns and such like well the whole continent has been created and now were working on setting up the starter island with all those stats ready for you all to play in.

Our main character has been changed and is currently being animated and getting ready to have all the wonderful armor and such like being able to be added and taken off etc more on that soon.

Originally we had large blocks covering a larger area but we decided to make it more natural by quartering the blocks allowing us to make biome changes faster that of course meant a lot of our coding needed changing but that is almost finished now.

Our website seems to have lost a few of its regular members but we hope to have them back when there is more external action to show you all.

But until then hang in there were not dead the project and game is still growing and getting better every day.

I just read through the about and looked through the media, and was worried that development had stopped.

I'm quite glad to see that not only has it continued, but is making steady progress as well!

things have been very hectic with our personal lives these last few months, but work on factions has never ceased and in fact were getting loads of new things implemented - but more on that soon.
