Dev Diary #4 - More Foundations

Hey all,

To be blunt we only had 60 views so far on my last dev journal, so this one will be very brief, just a quick run down of our activities over the last 2 weeks.

-Character customization is still being worked on, as well as developing the techniques to attach and overlay armor etc...
-New loading screen scene
-GM editing interface and placement of objects statically by an administrator
-Targeting of objects
-More work on initial buildings and character models

i just want to expand on this one slightly, this feature is purely for us to do in-house testing with as to how 2 things interact with each other and for quick testing of objects and environments etc.

one example might be to place a rat next to a corn field to ensure all the behind the scenes AI is doing what it should etc. rather than waiting for nature to take its course.

TLDR: its a testing feature and doesn't mean we will be spawning stuff on a live server.
